Would love to start a discussion on the feeds and speeds everyone is using on their CNC to cut out Wikihouse blocks!
This is our Blue Elephant setup at the moment, we are testing different feed rates.
End mill: 8mm up/down compression end mill
Spindle speed: 18000 rpm (current max, considering upgrading to 24000rpm spindle)
Passes: Single pass
Feed rate: 3000mm/min.
