Hi, I'm Mike in Colorado, interested 100% Net Zero Construction Waste

I’m a big fan of Wikihouse and interested in designing and building some.

I especially like the whole DfB thing.

So since there’s a discipline of DfB (Design for Build), where the architect designs not only the end product but also the building process, I’m interested in the plan for what happens further down the line.

Is there a discipline for DfD (Design for Dismantling) where the designers of the building materials, as well as of the whole building, start with eventual disassembly and reuse in mind?
