Anyone got mallet recommendations? I’m specifically looking for good handles to prevent blisters over long usage periods putting blocks together.
We settled on deadblow hammers - they work a treat!
Specifically this one if you are in Australia or New Zealand.

Maybe something from the 3d print world. https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-dead-blow-hammer-mallet-189631
Add a custom logo and participation statement/award. Give them out to your volunteers, team or customers.
“Where is the hammer?” should never be something that is heard on site.
You can never have too many hammers!
We used cheapest one from local stores and wood one from Wikihouse github(which can be done on CNC).
wood one cutted from plywood, is good only for 2-4 days, if some extra people will come to construction to help you, it can save you some money.
Mullets from store (on pictures):
Rubber on mullets with wood handle starts to crack and is common to fell of from handle. This can be dangerous.
Best one we had, is that with steel handle. Lasted longest.
Advice: Always buy the heaviest one!
