Recent URL changes causing issues with google

It looks like the recent website changes have updated the URLs, making google results point at the wrong destination.

This is scoped to /guides-3/

/guides is now /guides-2

/guides itself is now a 404 Not found

Google directs us to /guides/manufacturing, which also does not exist.
